CondoWorks is now LeapAP!

We're pleased to announce that CondoWorks is now LeapAP!

This blog post will outline some background info, what’s happening and when. 

‍Why take this 'Leap'?

Over the past five years, we have grown from initially serving the Ontario condo market to all types of property and community management across Canada and the USA.

Our core mission has always been to take the pain out of accounts payable. As we continue to grow and serve a broader market, we felt it was important to adopt a name that represents our dedication to agility, progress, and ease of use in the AP process.

We want the new name, LeapAP, to embody our forward-thinking approach and  commitment to providing swift, efficient, and reliable accounts payable solutions.

What is changing and when?

‍Names

• Our product and trade/brand name has been changed to LeapAP
• Our corporate name is now LeapAP Inc.
• Our Canadian payments subsidiary remains unchanged

‍Domains

• Our main public website is now https://www.LeapAP.com
• Support can be accessed via https://help.LeapAP.com and our contact email is now contact@LeapAP.com.
• Our app (and your login) will continue to be accessed at https://app.condoworks.co for now
• Existing invoice submission emails will not be changing. New invoice submission emails will not change yet.
• Existing CondoWorks/LeapAP-managed utility portal logins will not be changing. New logins will not change yet.

In the near future, we will gradually migrate to new domains for some of the above.

IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE: we will never ask you to transmit sensitive information by email. We will also never communicate with you using domains and sub-domains other than condoworks.co and leapap.com.

Terms of Service and other policies/agreements

We're also introducing new terms of service and a new privacy policy, both effective immediately. Where applicable, users will be prompted to accept these.

Agreement signers to the CondoWorks Payments Agreement and Service Agreements will receive a separate notice regarding changes to those agreements and required actions, if any.
